You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Preorders
From time to time, Midnight Mahj may offer products for preorder. These items are purchased in advance and are shipped or available for pickup at a later date specified in the product description.
Please note the following preorder terms:
Estimated Ship Dates
Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated date listed at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates and may change due to production timelines, supplier delays, or shipping carrier delays.Shipping Timeline
If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item becomes available. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, you may need to place separate orders.Payment

Midnight Mahj is not responsible for delays outside of our control. We will communicate updates via email if there are significant changes to the expected ship date.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Midnight Mahj is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Midnight Mahj is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Midnight Mahj is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier. Midnight Mahj is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.
Local/Event Pickup
Select items may be available for pickup at Midnight Mahj events. You will receive instructions via email if pickup is available. Items not picked up may be shipped at the customer’s expense.
