Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all Midnight Mahj event registrations, private event bookings, and physical product purchases made through www.midnightmahj.com or at Midnight Mahj events.

All Midnight Mahj event ticket purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds.

This Policy forms part of the Midnight Mahj Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases and bookings.

Midnight Mahj reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply.

Public Event Bookings

Event Ticket Purchases

All Midnight Mahj event ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Because space is limited and reserved in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of plans

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness

  • No-shows

Event Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another guest only with Midnight Mahj’s prior written approval. Requests for transfers must be made at least 48 hours before the event by contacting:

Event Cancellation

If Midnight Mahj cancels an event, you will receive at our discretion:

  • A full refund, or

  • Credit toward a future event

Event Changes

Midnight Mahj reserves the right to make changes to:

  • Event venue

  • Date

  • Time

  • Instructor

  • Event format

Such changes are not considered cancellations and do not qualify for refunds.

Non-Transferable Credits

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Private Event Bookings

Private event deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Because private events require advance scheduling, staffing, and preparation, the following policies apply:

Client Cancellation

All bookings are final. Cancellation by the Client will result in forfeiture of any deposit and payments made.

  • Rescheduling is permitted one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to Provider availability.

  • Exceptions apply only in the case of an Act of God, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party. In such cases, Provider may reschedule or issue a refund at its discretion.

Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days of the original event date.

Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.

Midnight Mahj Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Midnight Mahj must reschedule a private event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to:

  • Reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date

If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be provided at our discretion.

Physical Products

This applies to merchandise, accessories, apparel, and other physical goods.

All Sales Final

All physical product purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Midnight Mahj within 7 days of receipt:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo of the item

If approved, we will offer at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

Lost or Stolen Items

Midnight Mahj is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Items lost or stolen at events

Shipping, delivery, and risk-of-loss terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
