Join us for two thoughtfully curated evenings with Midnight Mahj & The Pink Turtle—each event designed as a standalone experience, with the option to attend one or both nights for even more time at the mahjong table.
Guests are invited to arrive at 6:30 PM to mingle, explore The Pink Turtle boutique, and shop a thoughtfully curated collection of apparel, accessories, and gifts. Each event will transition into a mahjong lesson/guided play experience at 7:00 PM.
May 18 — Mahj 101: A beginner-friendly lesson designed to introduce the game of mahjong in an approachable, engaging, and social way. Perfect for those brand new to mahjong.
June 1 — Mahj 101 or Guided Play: Guests will be seated based on experience level for a foundational lesson or guided play with instructor support—ideal for both beginners and those looking to build confidence and strategy at the mahjong table.
Guests are welcome to register for either event individually or attend both for a more immersive experience.
Mahjong tiles and table settings will be provided for all guests. Simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy intentionally curated evenings of learning, laughter, and connection. Light refreshments will be available throughout both events.

**Kindly note that mahjong is ideally played in groups of four, and tables will be arranged accordingly. If you would like to request to sit with friends, please provide the names of attendees you wish to be seated near at checkout. Every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee it. Part of the fun of Midnight Mahj is socializing and getting to know new people, and our open events are designed to create a welcoming, community-focused experience.
